The Challenge
Havas Voyages, a leading travel agency in France, was looking to establish an online presence without cannibalizing its brick-and-mortar business. The company wanted to create a multichannel solution that would not only provide e-commerce functionality but also direct online traffic and offline prospects to its 350 agencies. The goal was to improve customer satisfaction by offering a seamless online to offline shopping experience.
The Solution
In 2010, Havas Voyages chose BRIDGE to lead its online to offline customer journey. Each agency is given a search-engine-optimized Local Page that works across desktop and mobile devices. Lead generation on Local Pages is delivered through multiple modules including: the customized contact form allow users to request online quotes, call tracking allows Havas Voyages to identify the number of incoming calls from Local Pages, and sending coordinates allows customers to receive travel agency details via email or SMS.
