About The Customer
Gumball's primary customers are brands of all sizes that utilize influencer marketing campaigns. These brands may struggle with managing and tracking the success of these campaigns, and may find it difficult to determine which campaigns are providing value. Gumball's customers are likely to be seeking a solution that simplifies the process of managing influencer marketing campaigns, provides clear and actionable insights, and helps them to maximize the return on their investment in influencer marketing. One of the early adopters of Gumball is Big Future Toys, a toy company run by co-founder Steven Rho.
The Challenge
Gumball, co-founded by Steven Rho and Roger Greene, was created to address the challenges faced by brands in managing and tracking the success of their influencer marketing campaigns. The founders, who do not have programming backgrounds, identified that influencer marketing, when done right, can be a highly effective way for brands to market their products. However, managing these campaigns can be time-consuming and it can be difficult to determine which campaigns are effective and which ones are not. The challenge was to make it easy for brands of all sizes to run and measure the effectiveness of their influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring they get the most value for their investment.
The Solution
Gumball was built using Bubble, a no-code platform, which allowed the founders to quickly and cost-effectively bring their vision to life. Once users sign up for Gumball, the app begins pulling in their Instagram and Google Analytics data. This allows brands to see which influencers are talking about them and how that buzz is affecting their website traffic, sales, follower count, and more. Users can also set up campaigns that include budgets and goals for a specific influencer campaign. Gumball automatically calculates important metrics for influencer campaigns so that users can see how they’re performing. The solution provides a comprehensive, easy-to-use tool for managing and tracking influencer marketing campaigns.

Predictive Maintenance for Industrial Chillers
For global leaders in the industrial chiller manufacturing, reliability of the entire production process is of the utmost importance. Chillers are refrigeration systems that produce ice water to provide cooling for a process or industrial application. One of those leaders sought a way to respond to asset performance issues, even before they occur. The intelligence to guarantee maximum reliability of cooling devices is embedded (pre-alarming). A pre-alarming phase means that the cooling device still works, but symptoms may appear, telling manufacturers that a failure is likely to occur in the near future. Chillers who are not internet connected at that moment, provide little insight in this pre-alarming phase.
