The Challenge
GREE International Inc. faced the challenge of rapid growth and needed to fill its talent pipeline with high-quality candidates quickly and efficiently. The company had a manual candidate tracking process and lacked tools for leveraging social recruiting and managing employee job referrals. In early 2012, the Recruiting Team was tasked with hiring 150 people to double the organization's size within six months.
The Solution
GREE International implemented Jobvite Hire and Jobvite Engage to streamline its recruiting process. The company customized Jobvite's configuration, tailored data fields, created candidate email templates, crafted interview evaluation forms, and set up a basic job-posting website within a week and a half. The Jobvite system enabled the Recruiting Team to efficiently manage and track job requisitions, schedule candidate interviews, and track communication with each candidate. The system also provided tools for leveraging social recruiting and managing employee job referrals. With Jobvite, the team reached its goal of hiring 150 people in five months, one month ahead of schedule.
