The Solution
GetUrban was developed as a solution to this challenge. The platform operates by allowing professionals to create a profile where they can list their area of expertise, skills, and services, similar to a social network. Customers can then search for a specific service or professional, with the selection made according to the filters placed. After selecting a profile, the customer can view the professional's portfolio, location, and request a budget through a chat within the platform. There is also a quick search option, which does not require login and provides three professional suggestions. The platform was developed using Bubble, a no-code tool, which allowed for a faster development process compared to traditional programming.
