The Challenge
Future Cell faced significant challenges in managing their large and complex logistics and distribution center. With over 1,200 retail stores and more than 5,000 barcoded products, the company needed a robust system to handle their operations. In 2014, Future Cell further enhanced their system by implementing a dedicated Warehouse Management System (WMS) with the help of Priority. The new system provided robust support for sales operations, including client credit balance, interactive product catalog, daily promotions, and instant invoicing.
