About The Customer
Dominion Dealer Solutions is a comprehensive platform provider for auto dealerships, offering tools to manage inventory, marketing, and customer information. The company serves a wide range of auto dealerships, helping them streamline operations and improve customer engagement. With a focus on innovation and efficiency, Dominion Dealer Solutions aims to provide its clients with the best possible tools to enhance their business performance. The company has a significant presence in the United States and caters to a large number of dealerships, making it a key player in the automotive industry.
The Challenge
Dominion Dealer Solutions needed a cost-effective, automated way to take information from multiple sources, quickly and accurately analyze the data, and generate consumer-ready automobile descriptions in real time. The challenge was to create engaging content that could drive click-throughs, showroom conversions, and vehicle sales. The existing manual process was time-consuming and prone to errors, making it difficult to scale and meet the growing demands of the market.
The Solution
Dominion Dealer Solutions turned to Narrative Science’s intelligent automation platform, Quill, to create a custom vehicle description product. Quill transforms data such as make, model, mileage, and features into individual vehicle stories at scale. This automated solution allowed Dominion to generate consumer-friendly content quickly and accurately, driving higher engagement and sales. The implementation of Quill enabled Dominion to automate the content creation process, reducing the time and effort required to produce high-quality vehicle descriptions. This not only improved operational efficiency but also enhanced the overall customer experience by providing more detailed and engaging information about the vehicles.

Integral Plant Maintenance
Mercedes-Benz and his partner GAZ chose Siemens to be its maintenance partner at a new engine plant in Yaroslavl, Russia. The new plant offers a capacity to manufacture diesel engines for the Russian market, for locally produced Sprinter Classic. In addition to engines for the local market, the Yaroslavl plant will also produce spare parts. Mercedes-Benz Russia and his partner needed a service partner in order to ensure the operation of these lines in a maintenance partnership arrangement. The challenges included coordinating the entire maintenance management operation, in particular inspections, corrective and predictive maintenance activities, and the optimizing spare parts management. Siemens developed a customized maintenance solution that includes all electronic and mechanical maintenance activities (Integral Plant Maintenance).
