Chargify provides a deep analytics suite, allowing companies to explore and securely share their billing and third-party data via intuitive, self-service tools. They have an entire product suite, with a robust administrative user interface and fully-wrapped API, allowing companies to manage all aspects of their billing and revenue management in a single location. Companies can also integrate Chargify with their own applications and the rest of their software stack to handle all billing and subscription management tasks.
The Challenge
Chargify, a leading billing and subscription management platform for B2B SaaS companies, needed to integrate their product with a variety of applications to become a key part of the global SaaS ecosystem. They maintain native integrations to top ERP and CRMs, such as Salesforce, Hubspot, and NetSuite. However, they needed a solution for customer-specific requirements that were outside of these native integrations. Chargify also wanted to service their prospects' new, unsupported, integration requests without compromising on deals due to potentially lengthy integration development processes. They needed a flexible solution that could quickly execute the integration build, even if a connector was not readily available.
The Solution
Chargify leveraged Cyclr, an embedded iPaaS, to solve for customer-specific requirements that were outside of their native integrations. This allowed Chargify to quickly ascertain if there was a connector readily available and execute the integration build quickly. If a connector was not available, the Cyclr team would help add the integration, supporting Chargify's robust processes for custom integration requests and builds. Chargify's Solution Architects, who are responsible for designing solutions that require complex configuration or unique customizations, work with the Chargify API and Webhooks to connect Chargify to third-party or customer systems. With Cyclr, this work has been transformed from a coding exercise into a visual, drag and drop experience.
