The Solution
BetterNow chose to use Geckoboard, a real-time dashboard that connects to all their cloud-based systems. Geckoboard is easy to set up and provides a visually appealing display of data. It allows BetterNow to break down their overall goals into 'lead' metrics that employees can influence on a day-to-day basis. These metrics are displayed on a big screen for everyone to see, increasing employee ownership of these metrics.
