When a client purchases one of Startup Audit’s products, it triggers Bram's multi-step Zap. This Zap creates a folder in Google Drive for the client, generates a Google Doc questionnaire, sends out a welcome email to the client through Gmail, adds a row to Google Sheets logging the client's requests and the price paid, and creates a card in Trello to manage the work. The Zap also sends an email to Bram, notifying him of the new client.
