About The Customer
Attain, Inc. is a non-profit organization that has been supporting people with developmental disabilities for over 20 years in Central Florida. The organization provides a range of community-based programs for people with developmental disabilities. These programs include community-based group homes, integrated adult day training services, and behavior analysis services. With a staff of 35, Attain, Inc. has grown tenfold in the past eight years. Despite its growth, the organization was struggling with its paper-based policy management system, which was inefficient and led to knowledge gaps within the organization.
The Challenge
Attain, Inc., a non-profit organization supporting people with developmental disabilities, was struggling with its paper-based policy management system. The system was inefficient and made it difficult to verify when an employee had attested to a policy or whether they had fully understood it. This led to knowledge gaps and process problems within the organization. Whenever a process problem occurred, the organization would write a memorandum or policy and distribute it among departments. However, there was no assurance that anyone read or understood it. This lack of clarity and understanding led to inefficiencies and potential risks within the organization.
The Solution
To address these challenges, Attain, Inc. implemented PolicyTech, a policy management software. This system made it easy for employees to understand policies, procedures, and expectations. The software streamlined the policy creation, management, and distribution process. When changes to a process were needed, the software automatically distributed recommendations to other stakeholders in the process, who could then edit the policy, give feedback, or approve it. Once approved, the organization could distribute the policy where it needed to go and determine whether any knowledge tests were needed to ensure full employee comprehension. The implementation of PolicyTech has resulted in a significant increase in employee engagement with policies.

ELI LILLY ADOPTS MICROMEDIA’S ALERT NOTIFICATION SYSTEM
Pharmaceutical production is subject to a strict set of enforced rules that must be adhered to and compliance to these standards is critically necessary. Due to the efforts of WIN 911’s strategic partner Micromedia, Lilly was able to adopt an alarm notification infrastructure that integrated smoothly with their existing workflows and emergency hardware and protocols. These raw energy sources enable the industrial process to function: electricity, WIN-911 Software | 4020 South Industrial Drive, Suite 120 | Austin, TX 78744 USA industrial steam, iced water, air mixtures of varying quality. Refrigeration towers, boilers and wastewater are monitored by ALERT. Eli Lilly identified 15000 potential variables, but limitations compelled them to chisel the variable list down to 300. This allowed all major alarms to be covered including pressure, discharge, quantity of waste water discharged,temperature, carbon dioxide content, oxygen & sulphur content, and the water’s pH.

The Solidarity and Social Investment Fund (FOSIS), a service of the Chilean Government, was faced with the challenge of standardizing its administrative processes to comply with the new regulatory framework established by the Law of Digital Transformation of the State (LTDE).
