The Solution

The Ataeum app is a sophisticated platform where users can start their startup, form a joint venture, shape their business idea, onboard their co-founders, and share equity. The app has smart-vesting built in where units vest based on startup participants' work done. Users can also start discussions, up-vote them, comment on others' discussions, send each other messages using the in-built messaging system, set level of privacy for both their own profiles and that of the startups, and sign confidentiality agreements with other users on-platform to discuss their startup.
