At Ahresty, company growth was outpacing the capabilities of their customized Microsoft Dynamics SL solution. The procurement processes were very manual, requiring the transfer of paper forms from start to finish. Additionally, the Inventory costing system required manual intervention and multiple integration points. The team at Ahresty desired a modern ERP solution to automate processes and connect their mission critical operational systems.
The Solution
Ahresty selected Microsoft Dynamics AX to manage financials, product master, sales and marketing, inventory, transportation, and procurement. The team at Ahresty enhanced financial report development with Management Reporter. Ahresty leveraged Dynamics AX workflows to streamline multiple processes, including AP Requisitions and Invoices. Implementation of advanced processes for procurement and financials further reduced manual steps. The AX platform provides an integration platform to ensure seamless transaction sharing with their industry standard EDI and Shipping solutions.

Integral Plant Maintenance
Mercedes-Benz and his partner GAZ chose Siemens to be its maintenance partner at a new engine plant in Yaroslavl, Russia. The new plant offers a capacity to manufacture diesel engines for the Russian market, for locally produced Sprinter Classic.
