Initially operating as an office equipment dealership, ImageQuest was searching for the right technology partner who could help them integrate managed IT services into their portfolio and open new revenue streams. One of the biggest challenges they faced was finding good talent to support their growing IT client base. They needed a partner who could provide expertise and help them scale rapidly and seamlessly.

ImageQuest partnered with Continuum to leverage their remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform, which generates smart, actionable tickets that are fully remediated by Continuum’s certified technical experts. This allows ImageQuest to scale rapidly without the need to hire additional staff. Continuum’s Network Operations Center (NOC) provides 24x7x365 monitoring, troubleshooting, and full problem resolution for ImageQuest’s clients. Additionally, Continuum’s U.S.-based Help Desk offers direct user support for various desktop issues. In March 2015, ImageQuest adopted Continuum’s Continuity247, a fully managed backup and disaster recovery (BDR) platform. This platform is supported by Continuum’s NOC, which ensures backups run 24x7x365 and addresses any issues that arise. Continuity247 uses Continuous Data Protection technology and IBM’s Cloud, SoftLayer Infrastructure, to replicate data across multiple datacenters, ensuring reliability and availability.
