Some have taken advantage of the internet infrastructure to move the data to the “cloud” and perform advanced analytics for Predictive Maintenance. The customer would then view the resulting summarized reports versus the raw data. These systems are also in use in ground vehicles to keep track of the maintenance requirements of fleets.
