Company Description | A low cost, collaborative package handling robot that automates several key tasks along the e-commerce supply chain. Package handling is a physically demanding job with extremely high rates of turnover. The rising costs of shipping, comprised of 2/3rds labor, have become a major bottleneck to continued growth in e-commerce. | The UTILEV® range of affordable forklift trucks delivers reliable and cost-effective materials handling solutions for applications across many industries, particularly where users require equipment without advanced functionality or attachments.
UTILEV trucks deliver a no-nonsense, uncomplicated approach to materials handling, offering a range of IC counterbalance forklift trucks, which are designed meet the needs of light to medium duty operating environments. If you require a solution which will reliably meet your productivity targets, while keeping your operating costs low, then look no further than the UTILEV range.
Simple to use, easy to maintain and affordable to own. UTILEV - Utility you can Trust. | Being able to store energy at the optimum moment and use it when it is needed is of the utmost importance when it comes to convenience, economy and the environment. We construct storage and control systems for energy from the sun, wind, water, waste, biomass etc. based on our lithium battery technology – a complete solution that optimises your product.
When Alelion Energy Systems AB was set up as far back as 2006 we were pioneers within lithium-ion battery technology. Since then numerous products have been developed within a range of sectors.
We have worked primarily with vehicles and materials handling, especially electric forklift trucks and other vehicles for storage and transport where lithium-ion technology is of great benefit to our customers' businesses and the environment we all share. The company is now established and continues to supply high-performance solutions using tried and tested technology. The batteries deliver savings for both smaller companies and large international companies. Alelion Energy Systems AB sets high requirements on quality. Our extensive experience of the automotive and materials handling industries allows us to deliver world-class products. | ATTAbotics provides a robotic warehousing and fulfillment system that has the potential to redefine the market. ATTAbotics has taken a different perspective on the technology. Instead of developing technology to speed the human workload, ATTAbotics is a robotic-centric storage and retrieval system. A goods to person system that can be deployed in a smaller space, for a smaller entry level cost, providing industry leading throughput and an opportunity to redefine the warehouse space from large, hub and spoke systems, to small, agile, nodal delivery stations. The ATTAbotics system provides significant benefits to almost any industry that requires a storage and retrieval system, however, consumer demand and expectations for timeliness and service excellence from the e-commerce, m-commerce and omni-channel retail spaces is driving a requirement for new technologies within the traditional warehousing market and ATTAbotics has emerged to address these challenges. | SERVO-ROBOT is the leading manufacturer of 3D robot-vision systems and software dedicated to real-time intelligent control and monitoring of industrial robots. SERVO-ROBOT's systems are used to perform 3D joint Tracking, robotic inspection, intelligent process control and monitoring in applications such as robotic arc and laser welding, laser brazing and robotic dispensing in various fields. | Meltin MMI is a cyborg-technology company that focuses on biosensors and robotic arms. Meltin has successfully enabled fine finger movements, such as for amputees and participated in Cybathlon 2016 and won theMicrosoft Innovation Award. |
IoT Solutions | Meet Dill. Dill, the first robot from the Pickle Robot Company. He works multiple shifts, communicates with his human collaborators, and is rapidly developing new skills in handling e-commerce parcels:
>> Loading/Unloading of feeder trucks
>> Palletizing/depalletizing
>> Preloading of last mile delivery vans, trucks, and parcel cars | Recent decades have witnessed growing awareness of the need to create an environmentally sustainable society. So this is not simply desirable, but really an absolute necessity. All companies and organisations have to ask themselves what they can do to create products which are not just more environmentally friendly, but also attractive, as well as competitive in terms of price. The environmentally correct choice must not amount to a sacrifice; rather it should be an attractive alternative.
Right from the beginning, Alelion Energy Systems has developed battery products using lithium-ion based technology. As we discovered more and more factors indicating that the technology is the best alternative for creating applications which are not just easier on the environment compared to conventional technology, but also deliver competitive running savings in the long term, so lithium-ion based battery technology became our passion.
Our forklift batteries are an example of this. Until recently, lead acid batteries were the only option for forklift trucks – a poor alternative environmentally, economically and efficiency-wise.
This is why we need to find other solutions. For forklift trucks, we now have a complete solution that we have developed together with our major customers. This is our passion. | Optimize Operational Performance and Agility
REDUCE YOUR FOOTPRINT BY 85%
Consolidate your goods into high-density storage to lower your space requirements by 85% and expand your business.
MAXIMIZE PRODUCTIVITY WITH A FRACTION OF THE LABOR
Fewer touches combined with industry leading throughput means increased productivity with significantly less manpower.
SOLVE COMPLEX PROBLEMS WITH SIMPLICITY
Streamline business processes, while reducing capital costs by modernizing your supply chain.
ADAPT TO CHANGING BUSINESS NEEDS WITH SCALABILITY
Expand storage capacity and throughput as your needs change without impacting operation. | SERVO-ROBOT’s systems are used to perform 3D joint Tracking, robotic inspection, intelligent process control and monitoring in applications such as robotic arc and laser welding, laser brazing and robotic dispensing in various fields. | Bio-signals: the electrical signals passed through nerves in the human bodies that allow us to move our limbs and allow our brains to receive information from our senses. We need to be able to receive and process these bio-signals in order to make cyborgs move, but existing technologies simply weren’t accurate enough to process the diverse movements of the human body. The unique bio-signal processing algorithm that MELTIN has produced, however, allows for highly-accurate real-time analyses of these movements. As well as being able to accurately distinguish between an open hand and a closed fist, it can also process “scissoring” motions with the fingers, as well as bending and extending the thumb and bending the wrist. In total it can process 12 types of complex movements as needed. | |
